Radio Reverb - Global Dance Show
Radio Reverb is Brighton's community radio station that is working to create access to the airwaves and make a real difference for local people.

Poi Passion has built an ongoing relationship with Brighton's Radio Reverb team, which is a community based radio station. Radio Reverb has been a great support to Poi Passion in the last years, giving interviews about Poi Passion, their workshops and community work.
Radio Reverb has been fund-raising for their own FM transmitters for a couple of years. Poi Passion and it's team decided that they would like to be a part of this. So in 2006 Poi Passion held "Poi-a-Thon" on Brighton's Level - so we would see who could poi for the longest time. We also had live DJ acts and poi workshops. "Friends of Poi Passion" raised £500 for Radio Reverb, making Poi Passion a founder member of the station.
Poi Passion has since launched it's own radio slot on Radio Reverb, producing a show called Global Dance. Along with playing world music, we interview different people who are involved in dance workshops etc in the Brighton area.
Tune into "Global Dance 97.2fm" at Radio Reverb: Wednesday @ 3pm / Thursday @ 5am / Sunday @ 8am. The show is presented by Kate Wright, aka India Fire, and her many interesting guests.
