Poi passion is looking for one multi-skilled male performer to join our fire troupe auditioning December 2011 You must have full public liability and fire insurance and have at least two years fire experience.
To perform a 3-6 minute poi or staff routine with music - (no fire) to... the Poi Passion directors, you'll be notified within one week of the audition if you are successful, if not you are welcome to come back and re-audition next year.
Music to be either on CD or as an MP3 compatible to run through a laptop.
If successful we will ask that you take the Poi Passion School Course alongside troupe rehearsals to polish your basic moves so they can be put in a flow choreography with others.
Some of you would also be trained in fire fingers, fans, ropes, nun chucks, body burning and fire eating, staff, juggling, ropes and other equipment that is built in Poi Passion shows.

Dance troupe rehearsal will be on a Thursday in Brighton Runs from September till June Festival break July and August.
There is a £25 per month fee to pay if you are taking part in part of the show and if you're in the whole show the fee is £180 with a guarantee of one fire job from Poi Passion or circus Brighton.
