Poi Passion School of Poi and Fire Performance was established in 2008.When Kate Wright had worked as a solo performer and then with her long term dance partner Lily Lou. They were approached and recommended to the Out of the Ordinary Festival (OOTO).
The show went down so well the directors of the OOTO event asked Kate to become one of the production managers and co-ordinate the circus area... where she and well-known circus performers and artists circus Brighton, fire freaks, fire fun and Zaz the clown along with specialist teachers in Hula hoop and pole performer Ethan Kith have created a magical circus area which is now in the fourth-year of production with OOTO.
Poi passion is set to appear with its new professional fire dance show on Saturday the 25th September 2011

With the professional dance troupe you can create your own show and each show will need at least two dancers and one behind the scenes.

Our performance comes with professional costumes, own stage setting, music system, public liability and fire insurance all of our shows and costumes are child friendly.

A very powerful piece of choreography with fire ropes. It will light up the whole stage and is extremely mesmerising. This can only be done with fire.

Each show will be opened with a spectacular fire headpiece fire palms and fire sticks . The stage will be lit with fire lanterns. This is a good way for performers to interact with the audience before the main show starts.

This can be showing inside or outside and is a spectacular finale one of poi passions performers who is also trained in pyrotechnical skills. This is the perfect way to end the night with a beautiful explosion of colour.

This comes as part of the finale if there is a suitable space for this to be performed. It will rain fire and is a very spectacular finale to awe any audience.

With our own specialist pole dance instructor and performer. This part of the show comes with own podium and a spectacular pole fire show. Great as a filler or as part of your show or as a solo performance.
This is a spectacular show which will leave your guests wanting more performed by a man whose smooth movements will leave you in wonder.

Why not have a filler with a specialist fire breather in between sets of shows. A fire breather will entertain whilst the changeover takes place can also be hired as a solo performer.
Flames go as high as 10 feet and we have up to 5 fire breathers available.
We guarantee that you will be given to jobs with either poi passion or circus Brighton during the time of your training with us. You will be given a contract on joining the troupe and asked to sign and stay within the guidelines of the contract.
